Return Policy for 3D Coptic Prints LLC
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@3dcopticprints.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@3dcopticprints.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized 3D printed items.
- Items on sale or clearance.
Exchanges
If you need a different item or variation, the quickest solution is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
